In Loving Memory of David Robert Jobe

March 22, 1951 – September 3, 2025

David Robert Jobe, age 74, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, at Majestic Care of Toledo.

Born and raised in Toledo, David was the son of the late David and Sally Jobe. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Sweeney of Littleton, Colorado. Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Susan Davis of Colorado Springs; nephews, Greg and Kevin Sweeney; and nieces, Rene Krynovich and Stephanie Thompson.

David was a 1969 graduate of Clay High School in Oregon, Ohio, and went on to earn an associate’s degree in healthcare administration in 1988. Outside of his professional pursuits, he found joy in sailing and gardening, hobbies that reflected his love of nature and the outdoors.

In keeping with his generous spirit, David donated his body to science. A private memorial service for the family will be held at a later date.
